Documents administration, creation and management (Elaine DM)

 Elaine Document Management (DM) is a solution for the management of digital documentation and allows for easy management of project based and corporate documents according to documentation related processes.
Its key features are:
  • Effective search – quick, transparent and accurate search by various attributes or fulltext based
  • Document structure – a document may consist of an arbitrary number of files, other documents and its parts
  • Document classification – a document may be classified using user defined document attributes
  • Document versions – all older document versions are saved and users can revert to them at anytime
