We consider quality management as a critical success factor of each development project. We move ahead in accordance with our methodology based on the Unified process and with our corporate Quality Management System (ISO9001:2008 and AS/EN 9100:2003). We concentrate primarily on keeping with the project plan and scope and on the final implementation compliant with customer requirements. Project teams are structured according to required roles and with regard to the proven knowledge and project experience of team members on the basis of their skill matrix.
