Inter-Informatics runs a service and ICT Support Center, which provides everyday customer support. The center is built according to ITIL standards, and provides complex IS/IT services to customers. The service delivery is managed and monitored through the use of SLDs and SLAs and it is evaluated on the basis of regular reports. Its basic properties, among others, are:

  • System functioning support – hotline, e-mail, service desk (Scarab, OTRS)
  • 8x5 to 24x7 readiness
  • Preventive application maintenance, optimized functioning and performance tuning
  • Functioning control, on-site or remote monitoring
  • Identification, diagnostics and solving functioning problems
  • Administration of complete hardware and software infrastructure
  • Application duty evaluation and regular reporting.
The particular service level is chosen by the customer according to their requirements and needs. All of the provided services are defined in the Service Catalogue, of which we have created alternates. We support all of the applications and information systems we deliver, as well as other common platforms and technologies.
