Utility Vehicles

The cooperation in the field of utility vehicles started with the Belarusian firm Belaz. Currently, we are cooperating with Doosan Bobcat Engineering. In the area of utility vehicles, we make layouts of hydraulic systems along with specification of the main hydraulic parts (pump, main cock, steering unit and others).  We also provide calculations of time cycles for hydraulic cylinders (rollers, valves).

Hydraulic systems
We provide a variety of services for hydraulic systems, which is our newest areas of expertise, including:

• Layout of hydraulic schemes and the detailing of main hydraulic parts (pump, main cock, steering unit and others)
• Implementation of hydraulic systems and lining of hydraulic circuits
• Processing of drawing documentation from the respective designs of 3D models
• Calculation of time cycles for hydraulic cylinders and analysis of hydraulic pipes
• Production support during prototype construction

Frame, Engine and Transmission Systems

In this area, we provide the design and development of transmission systems for agricultural vehicles, including the production of 3D models and manuals.  We have also designed a casing of a small excavator engine for multifunctional loading machines along with manufacturing documentation with a detailed list of parts.

Manufacturing support

We support prototype construction and implement changes from the prototype construction back into the documentation.  It is followed by an analysis of problematic points and suggestions of alternative solutions.
